Information regarding payments:
We accept Master Card, VISA, Discover, American Express, and ATM / Debit Cards with a VISA or Master Card logo. We also accept PayPal
We also accept personal checks, money orders, cashier's checks, but we do not ship your order until they have cleared.
Information regarding credit card and debit card charges:
Your card is only authorized when you place an order. We don't charge your credit card until the order has shipped and is on its way to you.
If you are paying for your order with a DEBIT CARD please note: Your bank statement will show two entries at the same time, a pre-authorization and the final sale. The pre-authorization hold will fall off within a couple days, depending on your bank's policies. This hold verifies that funds are available, allowing us to begin processing your order. Unfortunately, with a debit card, the pre-authorization hold and final charge aren't combined into one single transaction.
Information regarding sales tax:
Only Wisconsin residents will be charged for sales tax.
Information regarding out of stock items on your order:
We normally stock a fairly large inventory of the items we offer for sale. On rare occasions however we do run out. If an item on your order is out of stock, we will hold the order for 4 days. If still not in stock by then your order will be processed and shipped. You will need to reorder the out of stock item on your next order as we do not automatically ship back orders.
You will be notified if any of your items are out of stock.
Information regarding shipping:
The Sewphisticated Stitcher is centrally located in Wisconsin. This means that we can send packages to most areas of the Continental USA in 3 business days. (West cost will take 4 business days)
(Exceptions to all delivery times: APO/FPO, PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, Canada, and some remote areas in the Continental USA and locations outside of US )
Normally we offer same day shipping if we receive your order by 11:00 am Central time. M-F
All items are shipped standard via FedEx Ground or USPS Priority mail. You will receive a separate e-mail with your shipping tracking number when your order has shipped.

Orders for expedited shipping must be received no later than 11:00 am (central)
in order to be shipped that same day. Expedited shipping can be VERY COSTLY
so we will work with you to be sure you understand exactly what you will be
charged and what options you have to get your order faster than standard shipping.

Please note: Packages shipped outside of the United States take additional time to process as packages have to be taken to the post office for Customs processing.
International Shipping Rates & Information
All packages are shipped via US Postal Service, Air Mail. ACTUAL shipping rates will be charged. Actual rates are based on the weight and/or size of the package. You will NOT see the shipping rates as you are checking out on our site. The rate is determined when the package ships. Some countries have a size restriction, please be aware of your counties limitations before ordering.
If you need to know the shipping charge before you place an order please send us an e-mail at admin@thesewphisticatedstitcher.com with a list of the items you wish to purchase. We will calculate your charges before hand.
Customer is responsible for all applicable government taxes, duties, custom fees and/or broker fees.
Back ordered items will be cancelled unless delivery is expected in a day or two. We may hold your order, pending delivery of back ordered items, in an attempt to ship as much merchandise as possible.
Items with SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS will be cancelled from your order.
