Mongramed Card
This card turned out great. I cut a 8 1/2 by 11 piece of KIWI in half and stitched. The mongram design I used has over 7000 stitches in it. It stitched out with no problems. I used the Oval Trio Monogram from ABC Embroidery Fonts. | | I embroidered this butterfly to be used as an insert in the Bulletin Corkboard Frame
The KIWI held up great. This design has over 9400 stitches. |

I really pushed the KIWI paper to it's limit with this tumbler insert.
I wanted to see what KIWI could really do. Most traditional designs do not have as many stitches as this one does.
This design has over 75,000 stitches. So many of the stitches are very tiny and very close to each other, that the paper did rip in 2 places (so small you can hardly see it.) It did buckle just a bit where the floral sprary is, but I ironed it down with a dry hot iron. That took care of the problem.
Over all I would would rate KIWI an 8 out of 10 for performance on THIS stitch intensive design. No too bad!

KIWI - Embroidery Hint!
I have found the easiest way to embroider note cards is to use my big hoop and Peel-n-stick tearaway.
Make some registration marks on the stabilizer so you can perfectly place your KIWI for embroidery each time. Great for when you are doing a bunch of note cards at the same time. I have used the same piece of Peel-n-stick for over 18 cards. | | KIWI - Embroidery Hint!
Kiwi is so stable that you really dont need stabilzer underneath it. |
